Pork Belly and Chive Gnocchi

Ingredients: flour, cooked pork belly (shredded), leeks (washed and chopped)

Combine the chopped leeks into the flour.

Add appropriate amount of water and mix well to form a batter, set aside.

Pour the oil in the pot to heat, add the cooked pork belly and stir fry.

Then, add an appropriate amount of water to a boil.

Then, scoop in the leek batter.

Flip and boil until cooked.

Finally, add the right amount of salt.

Add the right amount of MSG.
