The soaked dried plums and pork are wrapped into the family's favorite steamed buns. The dough is soft, the meat filling is delicious and juicy, and the size is small. The children are rushing to eat two.

Pork Buns with Plum Dried Vegetables

1. The dried plums are soaked in advance and drained.

2. The pork is chopped into meat.

3. Pour the dried plums into the meat.

4. Add salt, oyster sauce, light soy sauce, chicken essence, sesame oil.

5. Stir clockwise with chopsticks evenly.

6. Add yeast water and a little white sugar to the flour.

7. Put it into the cook machine and live it into a smooth dough.

8. Take out the dough and cut it into pieces of the same size, roll it into a crust and add meat filling inside to make a bun.

9. Put the wrapped buns in a steamer and proof them to double their size. Start steaming on medium heat for 13 minutes, then simmer for 3 minutes before boiling.

Tips:

The pork needs to be slightly fatter to make it delicious. It is more fragrant because the dried plum has the oil that absorbs pork. The wrapped buns need to be twice as large as they are proofed, and then the steamed dough will be softer.
