Pork Carrot Sticky Rice Balls

Wash the glutinous rice three hours in advance and soak

Mince plum meat, add a little soy sauce and salt, and stir well

1 carrot, sliced, shredded, chopped

Pour the soaked glutinous rice, carrots, and plum-head minced meat into the big plate

Knead it into a round shape (ball shaped), put it on the pot with hot water, and steam on high heat until the glutinous rice becomes transparent and it is cooked.
Tips:
The balls I made are too large, the spacing is too narrow, and the finished products are all mixed together. Although they are not beautiful enough, they do not affect the taste. A plate full of glutinous rice and carrot balls, Wawa ate well.
