Pork Chop Curry Pasta
1.
First wash the onions, lettuce, carrots, and broccoli
2.
Cut the meat slices to 2 cm thick, thin and easy to cook, and then use the back of a knife to densely lay the meat slices on both sides (easy to marinate and taste tender and smooth)
3.
Start to marinate the meat slices, add appropriate amount of salt, white pepper, black pepper, chicken essence, light soy sauce, cooking wine, put half an egg white, add an appropriate amount of raw portion, mix well, marinate for about half an hour
4.
Stir-fry the onions in a pan, add a little salt and black pepper, add the curry sauce and simmer for a few minutes, then put it out for use. The curry sauce I bought is more convenient to use
5.
I started to cook the pasta, because the pasta I bought was not very good. It took half an hour to cook. The pasta is cooked and set aside for later use.
6.
Boil a little boiled water and add some salt, then add broccoli and carrots to blanch water, then remove and place on a plate, ready to fry the grill
7.
Before frying the pork chops, pour some oil in the pan, coat the pork chops with a little flour (or breadcrumbs) and fry them until golden on both sides. Place all the dishes, pasta, pork chops and drizzle with curry sauce to start the meal.
Tips:
The pasta must be bought well, otherwise it will not taste good and it will take time to cook. Pay more attention when frying the pork chop and see if it is cooked thoroughly before starting the pan. (Salt should be controlled appropriately)
