Pork Chop with Red Wine and Black Pepper

Wash the pork tenderloin and cut into large slices.

Add starch, light soy sauce, salad oil, sesame oil, salt, chicken essence.

Stir all the seasonings and marinate for two hours.

Cut one piece of garlic into oblique sections and set aside.

Pour some bottom oil in the pan.

When the pan is hot, start frying the pork chops.

Fry on one side and fry the other side.

Fry them twice and pour them back into the pot together.

Put a small spoonful of sugar, a glass of red wine (about 200ml), two tablespoons of black pepper juice, and let the juice wrap the pork chops.

Finally, add garlic leaves.
