Pork Dumplings

Prepare the ingredients. I bought the dumpling wrappers at the supermarket. I used pork belly, water tofu and a little chopped green onion.

The pork belly is chopped, I put a little salt, a little chopped green onion, and a little chopped ginger together. Cut the water tofu into half, cut the outer skin, press it with a spoon, and mix it with the minced meat.

I use this method for dumplings. At first I didn’t know what to pack. In fact, I wanted to pack the middle one into buns, but the result was nothing like 😂. In fact, tofu is mainly not so greasy to eat. I personally like it. Not prescribed.

Then it's all white, boil water, add some oil, add some greens, roll for two minutes and the dumpling skin is transparent and ready to eat

Tips:
When cooking the dumplings, the water should not pass the dumplings. You can roll them to avoid sticking to the pan. Eat them while it’s hot, otherwise they won’t taste good.
