Pork Fennel Dumplings

Flour is divided into small amounts and water is added to form a dough

Add meat and seasonings, stir clockwise

Fennel choose to remove the roots and yellow leaves and wash

Chop the fennel as finely as possible

Mix meat and fennel to form dumpling filling

Divide the dough into four, take one of them and knead it into a strip cutter

Roll into a slightly thin dumpling wrapper

Take an appropriate amount of stuffing and place it in the middle of the dumpling wrapper. Fold the dumpling wrapper in half and squeeze tightly.
9.
Bring to a boil and put the dumplings in the water at the boiling point of cold water and repeat twice.
