After the water is boiled, put the meat in boiling water and blanch it, then pick it up and wash it
3.
Put the meat in a pot with water, add green onions, ginger, fennel, and bay leaves to a boil, add cooking wine, turn the heat down, and cook for about 40 minutes
4.
Then pick up and let cool, tear the meat into small pieces and put it in the bread machine
5.
After all the meat is torn, add light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, brown sugar, white sugar, salt, salad oil, sesame oil
6.
Then start the "Menu 17" function of the bread maker, the default time is 1 hour; I turned it on when there were 36 minutes left, and it was pretty good.
7.
Take out the fried pork floss and let it cool, and put it in a sealed bag for storage
Tips:
Add the color of the floss according to your own preferences. If you like the light one, you can reduce the dark soy. It is also recommended to add an appropriate amount of white sesame seeds, which will taste better. Add the white sesame seeds in the last five minutes to avoid breaking.
