Pork Floss Hand Torn Bread Practice Training

1. Mix all the bread ingredients except butter and pour them into the cook machine and stir evenly.

2. After stirring well, add butter and continue to beat into a ball to form the glove film

3. Take it out and put it on the silicone pad for the first proofing for 1 hour

4. Shape and exhaust the dough when it is doubled in size

5. Roll out the dough to expel excess gas, it can be irregular

6. Cut the rolled dough into small pieces

7. Take an 8-inch live-bottom cake mold and spread the cut noodles in the mold (you don’t need to spread the dough and it will spread)

8. Squeeze mayonnaise on the dough

9. Spread spicy pork floss on the mayonnaise

10. Squeeze another layer of mayonnaise

11. Spread another layer of dough and repeat steps 8, 9, 10

12. Spread to 7 minutes full of the mold

13. After the second proofing is doubled, it can be baked

14. Preheat the oven and bake at 180 degrees for 20-30 minutes.
