Pork Floss Shredded Bread

Pour water, egg wash, sugar and salt into the bread bucket. Pour in the flour, add yeast on the top of the flour, put the bread bucket into the Dongling 1352AE-3C bread machine, and select the bread machine's kneading program for 10 minutes.

After the dough is kneaded for the first time, add butter into small pieces, continue kneading for 13 minutes, and until the expansion stage.

After the dough is set, cover a damp cloth on the bread bucket to prevent it from drying out, and leave it to double at room temperature.

After the fermented dough, press and exhaust gently, and roll it into a rectangular shape without rolling it too thin.

Use a scraper to cut the dough into small pieces.

Put the small dough into the 8-inch non-stick hollow mold with movable bottom, you can also use other molds instead. Leave a space between each small piece of dough instead of spreading it over, squeeze a circle of salad dressing.

Spread the small dough-salad dressing-pork floss again, so tired, spread three layers (the dough of the upper layer is placed in the gap between the two small doughs), and the top layer is squeezed with salad dressing.

Put the bread dough into the Dongling K40C oven, put a bowl of hot water under it, and ferment for 40-45 minutes with the fermentation gear of the oven. The fermented bread dough almost fills the entire mold.

Put it in the lowermost layer of the oven that has been preheated to 170 degrees, bake for 35 minutes, pay attention to the coloring, and cover with tin foil in time to avoid heavy coloring.
