Pork in A Pot

Cut the tenderloin into thin slices about 5 mm

Cut green onion, ginger, and carrot into shreds, and cut coriander into small pieces for later use

Take an appropriate amount of starch, add water to make it into water starch, put the cut tenderloin slices into the water starch, and grab it with your hands.

Heat vegetable oil in the pot, add the meat slices, and fry until the outside is golden. Repeat this way for 2-3 times until the meat slices are cooked.

Take another pot, add ketchup, soy sauce, oil consumption, salt, monosodium glutamate, sugar, white vinegar, starch (1 teaspoon) and other seasonings, stir well

In a separate pot, add a little oil, then add the previously chopped green onion, ginger, and carrot shreds, and stir-fry.

Add the soup made before and stir well

When the soup is heated until the surroundings are bubbling, add the previously fried meat slices and stir-fry evenly. After the pan, you can sprinkle some coriander to decorate it.
