Pork in A Pot

1. Prepare materials. Cut the tenderloin into large slices of about 0.3 cm, add 1 teaspoon of chicken powder, 1/4 teaspoon of egg white, and half a teaspoon of rice wine, and marinate for 20 minutes.

2. Mix 3 tablespoons of corn starch with water and a few drops of egg white and a few drops of salad oil into a liquid stream.

3. The marinated tenderloin slices are evenly patted with a thin layer of dried starch. Put it in the mixed batter and coat it.

4. Heat the oil in the pot to 70% hot, medium heat.

5. Fry for about 3 minutes and remove.

7. Salt 1/4 teaspoon chicken powder, 1/4 teaspoon, rice wine, 1 tablespoon sugar, 1 tablespoon light soy sauce, 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar, 1 tablespoon starch, and 1 teaspoon to make juice for later use.

8. Mince scallion, ginger and garlic, shred carrots, and cut parsley into small pieces.
