Pork Intestines and Vermicelli Pot

Cut the bought braised large intestine into small pieces.

The fans are soaked in advance.

Tips:
I like to eat crispy fat intestines, so I marinated them in a pressure cooker in advance. If you like chewy, you can also directly fry the fat intestines.
