I went to the supermarket to buy fresh lean meat and added some snacks for watching soap operas at night.

I like to make it clean and hygienic by myself, and there are no additives, how good, eat at ease

When buying meat, I asked the supermarket aunt to help me chop it up. She was very nice. After telling her about the purpose of minced meat,

She picked up two knives and chopped meat for me neatly. This posture is very cool

Save yourself slowly at home, haha~~~~~

Fortunately, she didn’t use a blender, blender or hand-chopping meat to make different tastes.

So everyone can't be lazy at this step."

Pork Jerky

1. Chop the lean pork into minced meat in advance

2. Add light soy sauce, sugar, cooking wine, eggs, salt, and mix well

3. After evenly mixing, let stand and marinate for half an hour

4. Mix honey with water, mix well and set aside

5. Cut oiled paper into the size of a baking tray, divide the minced meat into 130g portions, place on the oiled paper, cover with plastic wrap

6. Then, use a dough roll to flatten it to the size of oiled paper, and the thickness is even.

7. Tear off the greased paper and put it in the baking dish

8. Preheat the oven in advance, fire up and down 180 degrees, bake for 15 minutes

9. Take it out, brush a layer of honey water on both sides, put it in the oven again, and bake for another 5 minutes

10. When finished, take it out again, brush both sides with honey water, sprinkle white sesame seeds on the surface, and continue to bake for 5 minutes

11. Let it cool after it’s out of the oven and cut out the desired size with scissors

12. Slice and eat
