Pork Jerky
1.
One pork loin (530g)
2.
Remove the fascia and chop into minced meat
3.
Prepare seasoning: white sugar, black pepper, salt
4.
Weigh all required sauces and seasonings and put them in a small bowl.
5.
Prepare sesame seeds and honey. (Dilute the honey with a little water)
6.
First add salt, black pepper and sugar into the minced meat and mix well.
7.
Then add the weighed sauce and stir until the minced meat is firm. Let stand for 30 minutes.
8.
Put a piece of tin foil on the baking tray, brush the tin foil with a layer of oil, and then put the stirred meat paste.
9.
Spread a piece of plastic wrap on the minced meat and roll it evenly into thin slices with a rolling pin.
10.
After rolling evenly, remove the plastic wrap and brush a layer of diluted honey on the surface of the minced meat.
11.
Sprinkle another layer of white sesame seeds.
12.
Bake the middle layer for 20 minutes in the oven at 175 degrees.
13.
After 20 minutes, take the pork shop out of the oven (the pork shop is not cooked at this time) and place it on the sieve and tear off the tin foil.
14.
Put a piece of greased paper on the baking tray, and place the turned over pork into the baking tray. Brush the turned side with a layer of honey water and sprinkle a layer of white sesame seeds. Put it in the oven and bake for 15-20 minutes at a temperature of 165 degrees.
15.
Observe it at all times during the second baking. The roasted pork shop is very soft and tender, and when it cools, it will become very springy and vigorous.
16.
When it is cold, cut into long strips, or cut into shapes you like.
17.
Finished picture.
Tips:
When rolling the butcher shop, roll it out as much as possible, otherwise it will affect the roasting effect. It must be cooked and not battered.
