Pork Jerky

Chop the pork tenderloin into minced meat, the finer the better.

Add in the minced meat: cooking wine, light soy sauce, black pepper, sugar, salt, beat the minced meat in one direction with chopsticks, and beat for 3-5 minutes.

Spread a piece of tin foil on the chopping board, apply a layer of salad oil, pour the minced meat on top, and cover with a layer of plastic wrap.

Use a rolling pin to roll out the minced meat evenly.

Move the rolled meat slices together with tin foil to the baking tray, preheat the oven to 180 degrees, upper and lower heat, middle level, put the baking tray into the oven, bake for 25 minutes and take it out.

Turn the meat slices over, brush a layer of honey on the surface, sprinkle with white sesame seeds, continue to put in the oven, and bake for 25 minutes. Roasted until it feels completely devoid of moisture, it is reduced by about half, and the meat slices feel firm and ready.

After roasting, let cool and cut into strips before serving.
Tips:
1. Pork must choose refined meat, so that the fat is less, and fat meat will be oily when it is roasted.
2. According to your own taste, it can be made into spicy dried pork and spiced dried pork.
3. When you find that water is dilute in the middle, you can put on heat-resistant gloves, take out the baking pan, and pour out the water.
