I never eat pork kidneys before. Ever since I ate them at my aunt’s house, I really like it. It is a simple and delicious bowl of soup.

Pork Kidney Soup

1. I bought the cleaned waists directly at the supermarket and soaked them in water and washed them.

2. Boil the pot under cold water

3. After blanching, fry the ginger slices in a frying pan, pour in boiling water, and add the blanched pork kidneys

4. After boiling, add light soy sauce

5. Cooking wine, salt

6. Skimming

7. Boil for about 15-20 minutes, add the MSG chopped green onion, turn off the heat

8. It's out of the pot~ It tastes so salty and delicious, not fishy at all.
