Pork Liver Soup

Wash and slice the pig liver. I am five yuan pig liver. Two or three people drink three yuan pig liver.

Soak dried day lily in water in advance.

After the pork liver is sliced, pour in white vinegar and knead it for a while and flush it with water a few more times to wash away the blood in the liver. The light in my kitchen is yellow. In fact, the liver has been washed white.

Pour cooking wine, light soy sauce, sugar, salt, monosodium glutamate into the liver, mix well and marinate for 15 minutes

Heat the pot and smoke, pour in the cooking oil, add dried chili, ginger, and garlic cloves.

Pour in pork liver and stir fry quickly.

Pork liver is served after it turns white.

Pour a little oil in another pot.

Pour in the soaked day lily and stir fry

Pour in an appropriate amount of water and bring to a boil.

Pour the liver into the boil and turn off the heat when it is brought to a boil again.

Sprinkle with chopped green onions. Taste the saltiness and it's ready to be out of the pot.
Tips:
After the fried pork liver, you can pick out the ginger, garlic, dried chili in it, so you don’t have to pick it when you drink the soup.
