Pork Liver with Green Pepper and Shallot
1.
A piece of fresh pork liver.
2.
Cut the liver into 2mm thick slices, rub it repeatedly with clean water (I washed it 7 times), and finally dry the water and put it in a basin.
3.
Add salt, green onion ginger water, cooking wine and stir well, then add light soy sauce, pepper, cornstarch and stir evenly, and finally put in green onion oil and stir well for later use.
4.
Green peppers, shallots, and millet peppers are replaced with knives.
5.
Heat up the wok, add oil and heat, add the liver.
6.
Slip the pot over high heat until it breaks.
7.
Add onion, green pepper and millet pepper.
8.
Add a little salt, oyster sauce, and monosodium glutamate, and stir quickly evenly.
9.
Finished product. Fresh and refreshing, fragrant and appetizing.
Tips:
1. Pork liver slices should be evenly sliced and rinsed repeatedly.
2. The amount of oil should be large, and the liver should be fully heated.
3. Serve the side dishes after the liver is broken.
