Pork Lung and Carrot Soup

Tips:
1. The lungs of pigs must be cleaned before cooking, and filled with water repeatedly to squeeze the bleeding water;
2. Don't put too much Luo Han Guo, otherwise the soup will be very sweet and greasy.
