Pork Meatballs with Shredded Potatoes

Peel and shred potatoes, and shred peppers.

Put the ginger and garlic into the pan and cook the oil, sauté the shredded pork in advance.
3.
Add vinegar, cooking wine, soy sauce and stir fry.
4.
Add shredded potatoes and shredded peppers and stir fry.
5.
Put the meatballs and stir fry until mature.
6.
Add salt and stir fry evenly.
7.
Out of the pan.
