Pork Noodles with Pickled Vegetables

Rinse pickled cabbage repeatedly and soak for 30 minutes, shred pork

Squeeze the pickled cabbage into dry water and cut into small pieces

Add vegetable oil to 70% heat, sauté the green onion and ginger, pour in shredded pork and stir-fry until white, add light soy sauce and sugar

Pour in the chopped pickled vegetables and a small amount of water, stir fry with the pork shreds for 3 minutes, turn off the heat and set aside

Bring a proper amount of water to a boil in the pot, add the noodles

After the water in the pot is boiled, add a small bowl of cold water and boil again for a while. Turn to medium and low heat and cook for 6-8 minutes. Turn off the heat when the noodles become soft.

Put the noodles in a bowl, add a little salt, and top with the fried pork with pickled vegetables.
