Pork Noodles with Pickled Vegetables

Wash the pickled vegetables and soak them in water for more than 4 hours (change the water several times during the process)

Minced green onion and ginger

Cut the pork into shreds, marinate the shredded pork with salt, cooking wine, soy sauce, sugar, pepper, and water starch for 10 minutes

Tofu diced

Remove the pickled vegetables, remove the moisture with your hands, and cut into small cubes

Add oil to the pot and heat up, pour in the tofu and fry until the surface is golden, remove and set aside

Add the green onions and ginger, stir fry the aroma, then pour the pork

Stir-fry until the color changes

Pour the pickled vegetables and stir fry for 2 minutes

Pour diced tofu

Add appropriate amount of water, sugar, light soy sauce and cook for 10 minutes to become noodles (to taste the taste, you can add some salt)

The noodles are cooked and put in a bowl, add pickled vegetables, shredded pork and tofu, ready to eat!
Tips:
Salted cabbage is relatively salty, so the salt must be desalted before being fried.
