Pork Pickles Strips.

Wash the pickles and shred them, then soak them in water to remove the salt.

Chop green onion, ginger into thin strips, and tenderloin into thin strips.

Heat oil in a saucepan and sauté the scallions and ginger.

Add the shredded pork and stir-fry until the color changes, then pour in the light soy sauce.

Pour in the shredded pickles and stir fry for a while.
