Pork Ribs and Sticky Rice Claypot Rice

Prepare sugar, glutinous rice, red dates, red beans

Chopped ribs with salt, light soy sauce, marinated with thirteen spices, red dates and pits

Sticky rice and red beans are soaked softly

Stir-fry pork ribs with oil

Drain the soaked glutinous rice and red beans

Stir in red dates, sugar, salt and mix well

Take the steaming dish and put on the rice dumplings

Spread a layer of mixed glutinous rice

Put another layer of ribs

Put another layer of glutinous rice

Layer by layer one by one,

Put it on the steamer and steam for more than an hour
