Pork Ribs and Winter Melon Soup
1.
Prepare the raw materials, wash the ribs, peel and cut the winter melon, sliced ginger, cinnamon, aniseed, prepared, mince the coriander, and cut the green onion into sections (there is no green onion at home, I cut a few slices of green onion instead)
2.
After washing the pork ribs, put the meat to boil in cold water, skim off the foam, put a hot pot with water on the other stove and boil it
3.
Place the blanched ribs in a soup pot, add green onion, ginger, aniseed cinnamon and cook over high heat
4.
After cooking for a few minutes, mix with cooking wine, light soy sauce, five-spice powder (I temporarily picked up a few jujube berries and peanuts, so that the nutrition is more comprehensive) simmer for 1-2 hours
5.
The ribs are cooked, add winter melon, add salt and chicken essence, boil over high heat, the winter melon is soft and rotten, you can eat it
Tips:
Ribs are basically cooked after 1 hour of simmering. The longer the simmering time is, it will be softer and rotten, and the soup will be thicker and nutritious
