Pork Ribs Fried Green Pepper Potato Chips

Peel and wash potatoes and green peppers

Wash the green onion, ginger and garlic, cut into sections and slices

Soak the ribs in cold water with bleeding water, add a proper amount of water to the pot, add salt, green onion, ginger, pepper aniseed, cooking wine, and ribs to a boil over high heat and cook over medium heat.
