Pork, Shrimp and Cabbage Dumplings

Mix the noodles with lukewarm water. Try to warm the water with your hands. Stir while putting the water until the flour is flocculent and without dry powder. After mixing, cover and wake up for 30 minutes.

Finely chop the cabbage and chives, pick out the shrimp threads and cut the intestines into small pieces.

Pour the meat into the water and stir until it is slightly sticky. Add the cabbage, leeks, shrimp, shrimp skin, chopped green onion, salt, soy sauce, and then add the oil and stir evenly.

Tips:
1. Cabbage stuffing dumplings and a little leeks when stuffing can enhance the flavor.
