Pork Stuffed Bitter Gourd

1. Soak the mushrooms until soft and finely chop

2. Add cornstarch and egg to the minced pork

3. After marinating the meat for 20 minutes, add the shiitake mushrooms and mix well

4. Decapsulate the bitter gourd and cut 3 cm thick

5. In a flat-bottomed wok, boil the bitter gourd in boiling water for 30 seconds, then add cold water

6. Put the pork in the gourd and arrange it on the plate, put the steaming rack in the pot, pour in the water and bring to a boil, add the bitter gourd and cook for 8-10 minutes until the pork is fully cooked

Tips:

Too cold water can keep the bitter gourd emerald green. Adding eggs can make the minced meat more smooth and tender. I use a Vantage gas stove, which is fast, so it saves a lot of time. The heat can be controlled well. It is recommended
