Pork Tenderloin Pizza
1.
Add all-purpose flour to 1 gram of yeast water, then add an appropriate amount of water to form a dough, and put it in a warm place to proof it to twice its original size.
2.
Cut pork loin into strips, add dark soy sauce, salt, sugar and honey and stir well.
3.
Shred the onion,
4.
Add the pork tenderloin and mix well and marinate for more than 30 minutes to make it delicious.
5.
After marinating, put a little cooking oil in the pan, fry the pork tenderloin and onion together, and fry it for a while to make it less moisture before leaving the pan, so that the pizza crust will not get wet.
6.
Take out the proofed dough and knead it again and again. Use a rolling pin to roll it into a disk about the same size as the mold. Spread a layer of cooking oil on the 6-inch pizza pan, then put the crust in it and press it in a circular motion with your hands.
7.
Use a fork to make some small holes in the pie crust so that the foreskin won’t bulge up when it’s baked
8.
Preheat the air fryer to 180 degrees. After preheating, put the crust in 180 degrees and bake it for 5 minutes.
9.
Spread an appropriate amount of tomato sauce, sprinkle a layer of mozzarella, and spread the fried pork tenderloin evenly on the surface.
10.
Sprinkle another layer of mozzarella cheese,
11.
The temperature of the air fryer is still 180 degrees, and the time is selected for 2 minutes, and it is ready to be tasted.
Tips:
1. The pork tenderloin should not be marinated for a short time, otherwise it will not taste good. When frying, try to fry the water to a little bit so that the pizza crust will not be wet after it is baked.
2. Do not bake the mozzarella for too long, just as the surface melts, otherwise it will affect the drawing effect.
