I think braised pork in brown sauce is Sichuan cuisine, but some people say that this dish of roasted pork with dried plums is from Jiangsu. No matter where it is, this is a delicacy anyway.

Pork with Dried Vegetables and Plum

1. Remove the hair of the pork belly, wash and cut into 3 cm thick dices, smash the ginger.

2. If you buy dried plums outside, you need to wash them. I made them clean at my own home and stored them with chili noodles and salt.

3. Pour some oil in the hot pan, pour the diced meat and stir fry, pour some cooking wine and add ginger, and fry until the meat has changed color.

4. The meat has changed color and some oil is added, then add watercress, stir fry, and mix with soy sauce.

5. Pour in the prepared dried plums and stir fry, add water that just has no meat, and turn to medium-low heat for 30 minutes (turn several times in the middle) on high heat, and finally the juice is delicious and delicious.

Tips:

If you are free and troublesome, you can save the 30 minutes of cooking in a wok, just put it in the pressure cooker and press for 5 minutes to turn off the heat after hearing the sound.
