Potato and Pea Braised Rice

Wash potatoes, wash and cut into pieces, wash peas

Fry the potatoes in a hot oil pan, add a little salt, and fry to make the skin golden

Wash the rice in the rice cooker, add appropriate amount of water, pour in the peas and fried potatoes, cover the lid and press to cook the rice
Tips:
The amount of water is slightly more than usual for cooking rice. This rice is light and fragrant, and does not need to add too many seasonings. The finished product is served with side dishes and mixed with broth.
