Potato and Peanut Pork

Prepare potatoes, peanuts, carrots, pork, onions

Wash and cut the pork in advance, add appropriate amount of cooking wine, light soy sauce and marinate for an hour

Wash and peel the potatoes, cut into small pieces, and use cold water to remove excess starch

Wash the carrots, peel and cut into small pieces, and cut the onions.

Wash peanuts and soak in cold water for 10 minutes

Stir-fry the fatty meat under the hot oil in the pan to get the oil

Pour in the marinated lean meat and fry until the meat changes color

Add potatoes and stir well

Add peanuts and stir fry

Stir-fry the carrots in the pan, add in the right amount of salt, light soy sauce and stir-fry, add in the right amount of water and boil, simmer on medium heat for 15 minutes

Add onion and garlic cloves and stir-fry until the sauce is seasoned with chicken essence
12.
Serve it on the table and enjoy it beautifully
