Potato Bacon Claypot
1.
The bacon is cooked and sliced, green and red peppers are cut into small rounds, and garlic is sliced.
2.
Cut the potatoes into slices of about 2 or 3 mm. You can use an air fryer to fry them in advance until they turn slightly yellow. This process can also be omitted, and you can directly fry them in a pan for a longer time.
3.
Put the bacon in a pan and fry until it is transparent, oily, and slightly yellowed. Remove and set aside.
4.
Fry the potatoes until golden on both sides, sprinkle with a little salt.
5.
Grate the potatoes to one side, add garlic slices and fry until fragrant, add bacon, green and red peppers, and stir fry.
6.
Transfer to preheated casserole and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
Tips:
The bacon is saltier, and the fried potatoes will have some saltiness after frying. So the potatoes should be salted separately and a small amount should be appropriate.
