Potato Bacon Fried Rice

Wash potatoes, peel and shred them for later use.

Wash and shred carrots for later use.
3.
Cut the black fungus into soaked hair and set aside.
4.
Cut bacon and chopped green onion and set aside.
5.
Heat the pot and add a proper amount of vegetable oil.
6.
Add carrot shreds and fry until golden brown.
7.
Add bacon and continue to stir fry.
8.
Add potato shreds and continue to fry until the potatoes are cooked.
9.
Add black fungus and continue to stir fry.
10.
Add leftover rice and stir-fry evenly.
11.
Add chopped green onion and appropriate amount of salt before starting the pan, stir-fry evenly.
