Potato Cake

Peel and cut potatoes, steamed. Pressure mud.

Mashed potatoes, cornstarch, black pepper, salt.

Knead. (Some potatoes are still in small lumps, which does not affect)

Knead and flatten, you can go directly to fry (I make it and freeze it in the refrigerator, and fry it in the morning)
