Tips:
1. I read the recipes on the website a long time ago to make potato cakes and add water or milk. I failed to try it. Now I do not add water or other liquids.
2. Add a little bit of flour to it, I haven't measured it specifically, every time it depends on feeling.
3. When frying, the surface can be slightly burnt, because most of the ingredients are cooked or can be eaten directly.
4. You can also add bacon, green peppers, celery, corn and other favorite ingredients.
