Potato Carrot Soup

Wash potatoes and carrots.

Wash the potatoes after shredding.
3.
Shred carrots.
4.
Heat oil, add carrots and stir fry
5.
Add potato shreds and stir-fry evenly, add light soy sauce and salt to taste, add appropriate amount of water and simmer for 5 minutes.
6.
Stew it thoroughly, put it out of the pot and put it in a bowl.
