I haven't eaten fried rice for a long time. Yesterday, I deliberately boiled some more rice. First, I fry the diced chicken and potatoes in an air fryer to make it more fragrant. Finally, sprinkle some cumin.

1. Dice chicken breasts, potatoes, and carrots

Tips:

You can use the oven or fry it first without using an air fryer to make it more fragrant. The rice is best served overnight and is harder.
