Potato Chicken Fried Rice

Dice chicken breasts, potatoes, and carrots

Put the diced chicken in the cooking wine and mix well, then add potatoes and barbecue sauce, mix well and marinate for 30 minutes

Put it in an air fryer at 180 degrees for 10 minutes, first remove the diced chicken, and then fry the potatoes for 5 minutes

Put oil in the pan and stir-fry the carrots

Add the rice and stir fry evenly

Add the fried potatoes, diced chicken, and salt

Put some light soy sauce and stir fry evenly

Sprinkle with cumin powder and stir fry to turn off the heat

Sprinkle chopped green onion
Tips:
You can use the oven or fry it first without using an air fryer to make it more fragrant. The rice is best served overnight and is harder.
