Potato Flour with Meat Sauce

Prepared ingredients.

Boil water until small bubbles appear, add potato flour.
3.
Cook until the potato flour floats.
4.
Saute the minced garlic and add the minced meat.
5.
Stir-fry the pork until the color changes and add appropriate amount of soy sauce, oyster sauce and salt to taste.
6.
Add the shallots.
7.
Scoop up the boiled potato flour and add it to the meat sauce and stir evenly.
8.
Finished product.
