Potato Fried Rice

Wash the potatoes, peel them, and cut into pieces.

Put vegetable oil in the pot and stir-fry the potatoes.
3.
Add the right amount of salt, soy sauce and water, and cook the potatoes until soft.
4.
Start another pot and fry the rice.
5.
Add the cooked potatoes, stir fry together (do not add salt at this time), and then take them out of the pot.
