Potato Lumps Soup
1.
Peel the potatoes, wash, shred, filter the starch with water and remove.
2.
Prepare a cut of cucumber (for seasoning, not too much), shred and set aside. (I forgot to take the picture after shredded).
3.
Cut green onions, pour them into a wok and stir fragrant.
4.
Add the potato shreds and stir fry a few times, then pour in the amount of water and bring to a boil.
5.
In the process of boiling the water, prepare an appropriate amount of flour and add water, and stir it into a lump with chopsticks.
6.
After the water is boiled, slowly pour the mixed lumps into the pot and stir while pouring to prevent the lumps from sticking together. After boiling, add the sliced cucumber.
7.
Then beat in an egg and stir, spread the side of the pot into the pot, stir a few times with a spoon after the egg is drained, sprinkle with salt light soy sauce and add a few drops of sesame oil to taste.
8.
Finished product.
Tips:
1. The cucumber shreds must be put in the last place. The pimple soup made has a clear fragrance of cucumber, but do not put it when it is out of the pot, it may be unripe.
2. The salt light soy sauce can be put when the potatoes are fried, that is, before the water is added, so that the pimple soup will be more delicious.
