Potato Meatballs

Wash potatoes, peel and slice, wash away starch;

Then steam it in the pot;

Chop green onion; chop ham and stir fry;
4.
Press the steamed potatoes into a puree while hot, add diced ham, diced green onion, salt and five-spice powder and mix well;

Add flour and mix well;
6.
Roll into small balls of about the same size as this;

Pour some oil into each hole of the meatball pan to heat up, add potato meatballs and fry until golden;

Golden potato meatballs, I especially like to eat them while they are hot~~
Tips:
Fry it in a frying pan until golden brown, but you need to add more flour.
