Potato Seaweed Soup

1. The potatoes are peeled, washed and sliced, and the kelp is washed and cut into long cubes.

2. Put oil in the stockpot.

3. Put the kelp down and stir fry.

4. Add potato chips and stir fry together.

5. Put an appropriate amount of boiling water.

6. Cover the pot and simmer for about 15 minutes, until the potatoes and kelp are cooked.

7. Season with salt and chicken essence.

8. Potato kelp soup is just fine.
