Potato Shreds Box

After washing the potatoes, peel them and cut into shreds soak in water.

After the potato shreds filter out the water, chop the garlic for later use.

Put oil in the wok. After the oil is hot, put the minced garlic first, add a little salt and then put in the potato shreds. This will prevent water from leaking out, otherwise it will leak easily when making the pie.

After the potato shreds are cooked, add salt, five-spice powder, chicken essence and sesame oil, and place in a plate to cool for later use.

Take out the hot dough. I used the three remaining doughs to make the egg pie. Please refer to my recipe for the egg pie.

Dry each dough into round slices.

Spread potato shreds on half of the noodles with chopsticks.

After folding the dough in half, press the edges tightly, and then use a fork to make the pattern.

After the electric baking pan is preheated, put the pie embryos in the electric baking pan, use medium heat, press the pie stall button to heat up and down, and the two sides are yellowed and cooked.

Served with a plate of dishes, let’s start eating deliciously 😄
