Potato Stew

Put the washed rice in a rice cooker, heat water, cover and simmer for 15 minutes.

One potato is peeled and diced and placed in water to remove excess starch.

Tips:
When cooking rice, use the normal amount of water, no need to add more. The minced green onion, ginger, and garlic are cut to the smallest size, and when eaten, they only have a fragrance and no residue.
