Potato stew rice is a very homely staple food in Yunnan. The aroma of potatoes is integrated into the rice, and you can’t help but put another bite immediately after every bite.

Potato Stew

1. Wash the rice, the amount of water is enough to cover the rice

2. Bring water to a boil, put a small amount of salt

3. Add small green beans and blanch them.

4. Dice bacon and sausage for later use; peel and dice potatoes for later use

5. Put the diced potatoes into a frying pan and fry until golden brown

6. Put the diced bacon and sausage into the frying pan, add a small amount of cooking wine and stir fry

7. Pour the fried diced meat into the washed rice, add a little MSG and mix well

8. Put the fried diced potatoes into the frying pan again, add a small amount of salt, and stir-fry evenly

9. Stir the potatoes and pour into the rice without stirring

10. The water level is basically the same as that of diced potatoes

11. The rice cooker can directly use the usual cooking mode

12. After the rice is cooked, use a rice spoon to mix the diced potatoes with the rice.

13. Finally, sprinkle small green beans, and a tempting bowl of potato stew is complete.

Tips:

1. The potato stewed rice in Yunnan is a simple potato. Xiaoni has slightly improved it and added some meat. The taste is very good;
2. The amount of salt in the small green beans and the amount of salt in the final potatoes should not be too much, just a little bit more flavor;
3. If the rice is Northeast rice, it is best to soak for more time, so it is recommended to wash the rice first and then do other steps;
4. The amount of water for cooking is best based on the level of the water level after all the ingredients have been added.
