I like this kind of oily beans with thin skin and full of beans. My sister grows some specially every year and keeps it for me to eat. This is just brought back from my sister’s house. If you want to eat it quickly, it will have spots. Stew, there is no one with potatoes, it is very delicious.

Potato Stew with Beans

1. Raw beans are like this

2. Stir-fry in water, keep it green in cold water

3. Lean pork slices, add appropriate amount of oil to the wok, saute the five-spice powder and green onion ginger, add the sliced pork, stir fry, pour some vinegar to keep the meat tender

4. Add the beans and potatoes and stir fry

5. Add the right amount of water and bring to a boil, simmer on medium heat

6. Add salt and very fresh soy sauce to taste

Tips:

1. When frying the meat, if you don't use egg white or starch to marinate, you can pour less vinegar when you put it in the pot to keep the meat tender.
