Potato Stew with Beans

Stir-fry in water, keep it green in cold water

Lean pork slices, add appropriate amount of oil to the wok, saute the five-spice powder and green onion ginger, add the sliced pork, stir fry, pour some vinegar to keep the meat tender

Add the beans and potatoes and stir fry

Add the right amount of water and bring to a boil, simmer on medium heat

Tips:
1. When frying the meat, if you don't use egg white or starch to marinate, you can pour less vinegar when you put it in the pot to keep the meat tender.
