Potato Stew with Japanese Squash

Main and auxiliary materials: potatoes, Japanese squash

Wash the Japanese gourd, remove the seeds, and cut into pieces.

Peel the potatoes, wash them, and cut into pieces.

Heat oil, add chopped green onion and saute until fragrant.

Add the potato cubes and stir fry.

Cook some light soy sauce.

Add clean water, the water should be covered with potatoes

Bring to a boil and simmer for 2 minutes.

Then put the Japanese squash.

Continue to simmer for about 10 minutes on low heat.

Tips:
1. Because potatoes contain starch, the soup should be more to prevent dry pot.
2. The stewing time is for reference only and can be flexibly controlled according to the size of the head.
