Potato Stew with Pumpkin

Wash and cut the pumpkin, remove the flesh inside, and cut into pieces.

Peel the potatoes and cut into pieces.

Scallions, chopped green onions, ginger slices.

Put oil in the pot, heat up, add the chopped green onion and ginger slices, and fry them for a fragrance.

Pour in pumpkin and potatoes, add soy sauce, salt, and chicken bouillon and stir fry.

Tips:
If there is too much soup, or if you feel that it is not tasty, you can add water and starch to thicken it before serving, and it will feel greasy.
